We were initially contacted by the main contractor that was working on the newly acquired site for Smith Sports & Performance. We then met on site with them along with the owners.

The owners wanted energy efficient lighting, which was modern and clean looking but didn’t look out of place in the industrial style building. They also wanted the lights to be fully dimmable so that levels could be altered to suit what they will be doing in different areas i.e. higher levels for when photography of the cars is being done.

We proposed our Retail Highbay fitting for the internal lighting paired with our Systeq H2A Wireless lighting control system.

Controllers were specified for each individual fitting therefore giving the maximum level of control – each fitting can be individually controlled or grouped to suit the client’s needs. The lighting was programmed to one scene set wall plate and is also controllable via an App installed on the clients’ phones.

We commissioned the lighting system for the client making sure each preset scene did exactly what they wanted.

Externally we specified our large body Gaza up/down wall light’s, two standard and two with built in emergency lighting to cover the two fire doors. Three of our Molo dome top bollards were also specified to be mounted along the rear wall.

The overall result is outstanding, and most importantly, the client was delighted with the finished project.
